FAQ on How to Pay for Your Lesson

Buy now with PayPal Purchasing your lesson can be done by credit card, debit card, or your PayPal account at PayPal's website. Please note that all lessons are priced in US dollars (USD) - if you are using a different currency other than US dollars, PayPal will convert the lesson price to your local currency (please note PayPal may charge a slightly higher exchange rate when converting US dollars to your local currency).
Stripe If you are paying for your lessons on Stripe, please note that Stripe will charge you US dollars (USD) to your credit card or debit card. Stripe accepts credit card and debit card payments.

1. Purchasing a Lesson

From your account page, please click on the "Buy more lessons" button:

The tutor you last had a lesson with is automatically selected. Please pick the number of lessons you would like to purchase with this tutor and then click the "Next" button:

Select PayPal or Stripe at the top to choose the payment gateway you will use. Then, to complete your purchase, click on the "Buy Now" button.

If you chose PayPal, from PayPal's payment page, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or pay by your PayPal account (you do not need to create a new PayPal account if you're paying by credit card or debit card).

If you chose Stripe, from Stripe's payment page, you can pay by credit card or debit card.

After you have successfully completed your payment, please go back to your account page. You should see the credits you purchased added to your account (please note it may take up to 20 minutes after your purchase at PayPal or Stripe before your credits appear on your account - you may try refreshing your browser to check the status of your credits):

2. Booking a Regular Lesson

Once the credits have been added to your account, to book a regular lesson, click on the "Book a lesson or view tutor schedules" button:

Booking a regular lesson is similar to booking a free trial. The main difference is that for a regular lesson, if you have enough credits, you have the option to book consecutive lessons if the tutor's schedule allows it:
